Chuck suffers an attack on the court and is taken to the hospital, leading to questions about his health and ability to coach. When a new girl arrives at Hughes, Filthy falls head over heels in love—only to see his brother make the first move.

Chuck must make a difficult choice that disrupts J.B. and Filthy's futures.
