A three-person space mission suddenly becomes four when the crew discover an unconscious stowaway. Too late to turn back to Earth, the flustered man (Anderson) has no choice but to accompany the trained astronauts throughout their journey. However, when an unforeseeable incident leaves only enough oxygen for three people, it puts the crew in a moral quandary.
