Weekly box office: Venom is sticking around like a bad smell

The Tom Hardy blockbuster Venom is sticking around like a bad smell, bringing its total gross to $16.87m.

First Man launched in second position, and Bad Times at the El Royale premiered in third. Poor old Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper barely made the top ten, with A Star is Born grossing $698k.
