You, Me And Dupree

Carl (Dillon) & Molly (Hudson) are newly weds about to settle into a life together when Randy Dupree (Wilson) comes a knockin’ on their door. He’s Carl’s oldest bud & is homeless after being fired. At first Carl is happy to house him, but as he juggles marriage & his new grown-up job he begins to find Dupree a tad imposing. As Dupree becomes a fixture in the household, three becomes not just a crowd but a catastrophe.

Matt Dillon was so good in Crash, wasn't he? And that Owen Wilson is such a funny guy. Wedding Crashers had to be one of the funniest films released last year. And that perky Kate Hudson is a cute actress, too. I loved her in Almost Famous.

Sadly, You, Me and Dupree will leave you searching for happy memories of those times you actually enjoyed watching this trio of talent. You have to search a wee way back for their fourth accomplice, Michael Douglas. Was it The Game? Falling Down? Romancing the Stone?

Whatever that happy memory is, it certainly isn't this movie...
