A mysterious videotape has been going around. Anyone who watches it dies in seven days. When her niece becomes the victim of this strange phenomenon, journalist Rachel Keller (Watts) investigates the situation only to get too deep. To save her son as well as herself, Rachel must do what others have failed to do and escape the cycle.
