Palace Cinema's brand new location. Featuring luxurious fully reclining chairs (complete with individual tables and footrests) in all 15-auditoriums, Dolby Atmos surround sound, state-of-the-art digital projection, and a fully-licensed menu. Pentridge Cinema is part of the $2 million restoration project which sees Her Majesty's Prison Pentridge turned into a site comprised of 6.7 hectares of entertainment, dining, public spaces and specialty stores.

Getting Here, Map & Parking

Up to three hours free parking, also free if you enter after 6pm. Fees apply otherwise. You can enter the carpark on Whatmore Drive or Coburg North.

If you're taking the Tram, Line 19 (North Coburg – Flinders Street Station via Sydney Road, Coburg, Brunswick, Parkville, City) stops right outside.

By train, get off at Coburg Station or Batman Station on the Upfield line - it's a 10 minute walk from there.

By bus, the following lines take you straight to the cinema: 512 (Strathmore to East Coburg), 513 (Eltham to Glenroy), 526 (Coburg to Reservoir), 527 (Gowrie to Northland), 530 (Campbellfield to Coburg), 534 (Coburg to Lenroy), 561 (Pascoe Vale to Macleod) and the 900 (Altona to Mordialloc).
