There’s never a dull moment, with locals and tourists at risk from killer waves and dangerous wildlife, but the boys make their own fun too with lighthearted pranks and tests of bravery.
Created and produced by lifeguard Ben Davies, and narrated by Aussie reality royalty Osher Günsberg, Bondi Rescue has seen its fair share of celebrity guests over 16 seasons. Screen lifesavers David Hasslehoff and Zac Efron are among the stars to meet the down-to-earth Waverly Council crew, who pull off around 5,000 rescues over one summer period.
