Weekend box office: Jurassic World sequel rules the roost

Jurassic World was a box office mega-hit when it opened in Australia in 2015, taking a whopping $16 million. The follow-up, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, ruled its debut week but fell short of its predecessor, grossing an estimated $10.26 million over the weekend.
