At last, No Time To Die has arrived in cinemas! Rewatch the final trailer to warm up

If you spliced together all of the No Time To Die trailers we’ve had since November 2019, do you reckon we could basically watch the full movie by this point?

It’s been a long and bumpy ride, Bond fans, but finally, the film is now playing in Australian cinemas.

The final trailer below promises us that “the wait is over”, Craig’s ocean-blue eyes piercing into us through the camera as if to say: yep, I see you, I feel your pain, OMW. There are some new explosions, an oil rig sinking into a dark sea with Bond rushing around inside, and a slick two-person aircraft that unfolds like a giant, extremely expensive flying umbrella.

As you already know, new friends and foes include Ana De Armas, tech overlord Rami Malek and Lashana Lynch as a ‘new double-O’, with returning allies Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris, and Ralph Fiennes as M. When he says, “Come on, Bond, where the hell are you?” Took the words right outta my mouth.

If you’re really jonesing (Jamesing?) for more Bond, his previous incarnation’s greatest adventures are available to watch on Stan. You can also start blasting Billie Eilish’s theme tune again: back in February of 2020 (the before times), we claimed that the song “does a great job synthesising together that unavoidable, sinister Bond chord progression with a gorgeous, weepy vocal performance.”

So much has changed our movie landscape over the past year and a bit, but the James Bond franchise is one of those enduring, deeply traditional events on the film world’s calendar. Whether you’re a fanatic or one of those skeptics who thinks the character should be retired along with Craig’s last go in the role, you now have the chance to see No Time To Die for yourself.
