Reviews & comments

Empire Magazine
pressFor the most part, P.S. I Still Love You keeps up the charm and visual style of the previous film, and for those already invested in the characters it offers welcome new explorations – particularly a surprising scene between Lara Jean and Peter’s mean girl ex Gen (Emilija Baranac). If rom-com sequels are difficult by definition (how do you not ruin the feel-good factor?), it’s a largely successful effort sure to have fans eagerly awaiting confirmed threequel To All The Boys: Always And Forever, Lara Jean.

Vanity Fair
pressA sturdy continuation of this sentimental filmic universe, one in which people are for the most part nice, the boys are for the most part cute, and there's even a sassy, Bloody Mary-swilling older lady mentor played by the great Holland Taylor.

Vulture
pressIt actually ends up unintentionally undercutting the relationship the film asks us to be invested in.

Los Angeles Times
pressThe real draw to the "To All The Boys" cinematic universe is the connection between Condor and Centineo, who have intoxicating chemistry, keeping things interesting as "P.S. I Still Love You" ambles to its inevitable conclusion.

The New York Times
pressTo the director Michael Fimognari's credit, "P.S. I Still Love You" doesn't condescend to Lara Jean's dilemma even as her choices deserve popcorn pelted at the screen. Yet, he's content with a product that seems beamed in from a staticky old channel.

Hollywood Reporter
pressTo All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You is a charmless sequel to a charmless Y.A. rom-com. (Extra rom, hold the com.)

The Guardian
pressTo All the Boys: PS I Still Love You doesn't quite match its predecessor for heart fizzing romance... but it's just as entertaining and charming anchored by a supremely likable central performance from Condor.

Variety
pressThrough it all, the best thing about the "To All the Boys" movies remains the casting of Condor.
