South Korean thriller from the director of I Saw the Devil, set in the 1920s where Japanese officers retaliate against an explosive rebel plot. Follows the cat-and-mouse game that unfolds between a group of resistance fighters, trying to bring in explosives from Shanghai to destroy key Japanese facilities in Seoul, and the Japanese agents trying to stop them.
