Australian actor Damon Gameau attempts to expose the truth about the sugar content in supposedly ‘healthy’ food by maintaining a diet consisting of only those culprits, including low fat yoghurt, muesli bars, juices and cereals. Features guest cameos from Stephen Fry, Isabel Lucas and Brenton Thwaites, interviews with Gary Taubes, Michael Moss and Kimber Stanhope.

A well thought out, informative and amusing documentary. Only 90 minutes long but full of interesting facts with several cameos including Hugh Jackman, Stephen Fry and Isabel Lucas. Food for thought
Went to the screening, where the filmmaker said "if you are going to tell people the truth, you have to make them laugh or they will kill you!". Hugely entertaining film with some rather disturbing home truths. I took my family and they have all changed what they drink in particular, as we don't eat much processed food. I would consider myself pretty clued...
