César, a deeply unhappy apartment concierge, decides to make life distressing for the tenants as well in this Spanish creeper. However, when he can't quite crack the upbeat Clara, César attempts to up his methods... a mission that grows even more complicated when her boyfriend shows up. A big winner at the 2012 Gaudí Awards, the most prestigious cinema awards event in Catalonia, taking home six awards including Best Non-Catalan Language Film.
