House at the End of the Street

Newly divorced Sarah (Shue) and her daughter Elissa (Lawrence) find the home of their dreams in an upscale, rural town. The reason they can afford it is the house next door - where, years earlier, a daughter killed her parents in their beds and disappeared, leaving only her brother Ryan (Max Thieriot) as the sole survivor. Elissa begins a relationship with the reclusive Ryan, but the closer they get the deeper they're all pulled into a dangerous mystery.
