– Refrain from talking during a film.
– Never, ever, use my phone during a film.
– Make sensible, odour-free, eating choices during a film.
– Not make a distracting entrance if I arrive late to a film.

– First try a gentle ‘shhh’.
– No luck? Politely ask them to stop talking.
– If that doesn’t work, inform a NZIFF usher. They are there to ensure everyone has a great experience. Spending one minute doing this may save you from an hour of rage…
